My journey
My passion for nutrition and wellbeing began with my own health challenges. After more than 30 years in the fast-paced broadcast industry, I experienced firsthand how chronic stress, long hours, and constant pressure can affect digestion, energy, and mental health. Discovering how deeply nutrition and lifestyle changes could restore balance inspired me to retrain as a Nutritional Therapist.
Today, I specialise in supporting clients with digestive health, blood sugar balance, mental wellbeing, and resilience to stress.
